Swiss Development Group wins five prizes at the Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2010
Geneva, 20th April 2010 – Swiss Development Group has won four Gold prizes (Best apartments project, Best luxury project, Best ecological project and Best architecture) as well as a Grand Prix at Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2010 for its project “Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences” based in the Lake Geneva region, Switzerland. The former Hфtel du Parc, built in 1906 in the architectural mould of the Grand Hotels, will see 140 of its rooms converted into 21 “beyond luxury” private apartments and three penthouses.
Overall, 250 applications from 65 companies for the awards were received. The Jury, consisting of overseas property experts and the representatives of the sponsors, chose 39 projects from 36 nominated companies. Du Parc won every single award it had been nominated for. The project also previously won the Europe and Africa International Property Award for Best Redevelopment in Switzerland in 2009.
Strategic partners for this project include architect and interior design firms BBG-BBGM, famous for the W Hotels, the leading fashion house label Fendi Casa, as well as award-winning landscape architects EDSA. Innovative lifestyle facilities will include five star hotel services provided by Le Mirador Kempinski Mont-Pиlerin and international concierge services offered by Quintessentially. Luxury brands involved for the project are Davidoff for the cigar lounge, Givenchy for the private Spa and Quintessentially Wine for wine advisory. The residences will also be equipped with leading-edge technology.
