  • Swiss Development Group Collaborate with Candy & Candy for the Du Parc Triplex Penthouse

  • Maintaining the ethos of partnering with the very best in luxury, SDG has partnered with renowned London design house Candy & Candy who have come onboard as the base build designer of the Du Parc penthouse space.

The 1,759 sqm triplex penthouse, crowning the mansion of Du Parc, represents the largest penthouse on the Swiss market and Candy & Candys design stamp is set to elevate its status within luxury real estate even further.

The dynamic design house, whose philosophy is driven by the pursuit of perfection, will bring a vast amount of expertise to the project thanks to its work on some of the worlds most prestigious penthouses: One Hyde Park, London, The Plaza, New York and La Belle Époque, Monaco.

As a pioneer of bespoke and innovative design, Candy & Candy will apply an unrivalled combination of forward thinking design, cutting edge technology and exclusivity to deliver the base build of the exquisite residence overlooking Lake Geneva.

  • Candy & Candy will be responsible for the layout of the penthouses interiors and all aspects of the base build fittings, from selecting the timber and stone flooring to the design of full bathroom and kitchen finishings and fittings.

The three floors of the penthouse have been designed to maximize space and light with all living areas having been thoughtfully positioned on the south side of the building to capitalise on the panoramic lake views. At the heart of Candy & Candys design for the grand penthouse is the 17m-high open space in the central atrium. Built around this impressive core will be three levels incorporating 18 balconies, a formal living room, bar, wine cellar, cigar room, cinema, and a library/study.

On choosing to collaborate with Swiss Development Group, Nick Candy, CEO of Candy & Candy explains: With over 20 live design projects around the world, Du Parc is Candy & Candys first design commission in Switzerland, and we are delighted to be involved with such a prestigious project . . . with our specialist knowledge in adapting and refurbishing classical heritage properties, we look forward to designing these exquisite homes in this exclusive location.

This ambition, combined with Swiss Development Groups aim to bring unprecedented standards of living to Switzerland, makes way for a natural and successful partnership.
